Description

Ultimate Frisbee Programs for Kids in North Vancouver

These weekly 1-1.5 hr sessions are meant for athletes aged 6-12. No previous Ultimate frisbee experience is necessary! At the end of our programs, your child will have learned the basic throws (backhand, forehand, hammer, scoober), how to catch with one and two hands, how to cut, and most importantly how fun Ultimate frisbee is!

All of our friendly coaches believe in the power of games and small-sided scrimmages to maximize touches of the disc, teach, and reinforce skills. We strongly emphasize the values of teamwork, honesty, and sportspersonship.
